Ebou Jaw holds an Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business Management from The Gambia Technical Training Institute, coupled with a Diploma Certificate in Computing from LIPS Professional Institute. He possesses a robust foundation in both the financial and technological aspects crucial to the efficient operation of a modern real estate enterprise. These academic pursuits equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and the analytical skills necessary to navigate the dynamic Gambian market.

His journey in the Gambian real estate industry began in June 2018 when he joined Leigh Properties Plus founded by CEO Mr. Musa Leigh. As one of its initial team members, he was given the crucial role of company’s first accountant. His dedication and understanding of the financial complexities of this role, led to a natural progression within the company. He was subsequently promoted to General Manager, where he further sharpened his leadership and operational skills, contributing to the company’s growth and strategic direction. Presently, as the Chief Operations Officer, he leverages his comprehensive experience to oversee and optimize all aspects of Leigh Properties Plus’s operations.

Looking towards the future, his aim is to further elevate Leigh Properties Plus as a leader in the Gambian real estate sector through expanding the reach and fostering sustainable growth. He his deeply committed to building lasting relationships with clients, contributing positively to the development of the communities. He believes in open communication and a client-centric focus ie prioritising their needs which is the cornerstone of success in this industry.
